Xiaomi Redmi 4X uses high-pass Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 Octa Core 1.4GHz processor, with 2GB RAM 16GB ROM that can be expanded up to 128GB via a TF card. Comparing to the previous generation, which is more powerful but lower power consumption.

Xiaomi Redmi 4X packed with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 Octa Core 1.4GHz processor. This is quite logical, as the previous model from this family, the Xiaomi Redmi 4 is packed with a Snapdragon 430. 

Appearance:
The front panel of Xiaomi Redmi 4X is typical to other Redmi series smart phones. The front panel carries a 5-inch 720p display covered with a 2.5D arc glass. There are three touch buttons located below the screen. But they lack back-light. There is also a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner as well. The volume rocker and the power button are on the right hand side. The dual-SIM card slot (nano-SIM + micro-SIM) is on the left side. The 3.5mm audio jack, infrared port, and noise cancellation microphone hole are located on the top. Thus it can be used as a remote control. The bottom side comes with a symmetrical design the micro USB port is placed between two speakers.

Camera:
Xiaomi Redmi 4X along with a 13 MP real camera with multiple feature including Phase Detection, Autofocus, HDR. Though the camera result is not of flagship quality, it is powerful enough to deliver a decent picture.

Screen:
Xiaomi Redmi 4X has a 5-inch 720 x 1280 pixels LCD display with a 294 ppi pixel density.

Connectivity:
Xiaomi Redmi 4X is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smart phone that accepts Nano-SIM and Micro-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.

Battery:
Xiaomi Redmi 4X, powered by a 4100mAh lithium-polymer battery, is able to get around 8 hours of screen on time with about 20% battery left, which is incredibly impressive, considering this was heavy use, a lot of Youtube, taking photos and some gaming. Due to the size of the battery, it will take over two hours to fully charge the device.
