  • I purchased this mobile about a year ago. The big battery fell appart after 2 months. Mobile crashed almost every day. After half a year GPS and camera didn't work anymore. After 9 month wifi didn't work anymore and most apps didn't start anymore. Reset to factory settings resulted in a mobile that starts up, but then nothing works anymore. I can't even make a phonecall. Trying to find the firmware, which should be on the website: NOT!!! This is the worst phone I ever had. A total dissaster I would not recomend to nobody.

    over 2 Months writting you Emails , looking for a solution for the Problem on my iNew i4000 , The telefon work but Display dose not work , i can here my telefon ring tone when some body call me but can not answer .
    i have to get the sim card and the Battery more than 10 times in one day , after that work the display but not for more than 1 hour an the same Problem i face it .
    The phone is 2 Months old and this Problem i face it when i switch the Phone for the First time .
    some people told me there is a virus in the Phone , i tried to fix it with Avg Antivirus , it detected a problem in google Play , and advice me to unistall it , but google play can not uninstall it .
    I write more than 30 Emails for the Customer Service they sent me a Chinese Firmware to update the phone , but i can not understand Chinese .
    How you sell your Phones out side of China and you donot have Firmware in English , this can not understand it .
    I asked the Customer Service to to load a video on Youtube show me how to Update the Phone with this Chinese Firmware , but NO ANSWER .
    I donot want this Phone any more , there is 12 Month warranty , so i want my money back .

  • Hi, I bought this model and Im quite happy, i bought the i4000T with 2gb ram and 32gb of memory. I found that many times i want to use camera i see a green screen and i have to reboot if I want it to work but i don't have any other program to take photos, i tried to make hard reset but it's the same.
    
    and I'd like to know if u will provide android 4.4 or newer, or we will have to look for unofficial roms.

  • Hello,
    a friend of mine asked me to try to repair his i4000.
    His kid voided the warranty when it decided, that some of the stickers behind the backcover were "uncool" and peeled them off. Just theese stickers were the antennas, and now the phone can't connect at all.
    So where can I aquire theese antennas? Allready tried to make some myself, but they work horribly. Also I am in need of the part, where the charger connects, since the phone doesn't charge properly anymore.

    i downloaded and flashed the latest firmware in the official inew website, everything's working ok except the camera. I don't have the camera working. After flash the firmware via SP Tools and boot for the first time, the camera apk is there but, seconds later, he vanished. I've installed 3rd party camera app but it shows a message that doesn't exists any camera. What could it be and how can I fix this issue?
