  • When I enter the Camera application sometimes the screen goes green - is this an error?
    Also, the back of the camera does not close correctly at the top corner, is this a normal error or can I purchase a new back cover which may be correct?
    Finally, Skype does not function on this smartphone - is the software incorrect?

  • I bought this Phone and I testing from 3 days. I love it for building quality and materials but I have many problem with software since I updated it to the firmware you uploaded on home page in this site.
    SIM cards does not work due to error: "wrong imei"
    Also Camera ang GPS does not work.

    I've purchased this model, and I'd like to say that the voice call volume is low on it (I mean the volume of the other person's voice). The volume is set to the max in the settings. In fact, I even tried to increase the volume, while having an ongoing conversation, by pressing the volume control button "up," and the volume bar showed max, but it was still low. I tested it with different people who have different phones, still low.
    
    Other sounds are fine, like the incoming calls or music. I suppose it's because they come from the backside speaker.
    
    My question is, how can the front speaker volume be made higher if it's already set on the highest in the settings?

  • Hi, I have the same problem with no working buttons, they have stopped working since two days ago, The reason i suppose might be the low internal memory and while i started to move the data to SD card they button problems started, phone was hanging on once and after i took out the battery and switch on the phone the buttons were not working yet. I sucessfully installed inew i6000 20130911 firmware and they still do not work :( Please help me with the solution since the phone is barely one month old. Appreciate you help on this, Thank you in advance.

  • inew i6000 2g 32g vi ho già scritto riguardo alla fotocamere pessima, sfondo rosa.
    quanto devo aspettare per l'aggiornamento del firmware ?
    insomma ho comprato un telefono per le sue decantate caratteristiche invece è un pessimo telefono, oltre alla fotocamera di tanto in tanto si blocca e si riavvia da solo.
    sicuramente dovete agire per risolvere i BUG.
